When Jebriel Teague complained about his co-workers’ use of gay slurs and the n-word, his supervisors told him to ignore it and then cut his hours.

The city says that people have been marching with Confederate flags for years, but now they’re worried that people will protest the white Supremacist symbol.

No disciplinary action was taken.

The district is refusing to release a report about its epically bad reaction to racist and homophobic harassment.

And then he posted video of himself doing it online.

“Let’s someone in this area get their ass out there and haul down that fag flag,” protestors said. The Confederate flag is hanging again. The rainbow flag was taken down.

These “segregation academies” can receive up to $6,500 a year from the state per student, but they don’t have to let LGBTQ students in.

I’ve been thinking a great deal about flags the past few days. All this whining from the confederate flag-loving people about southern pride and southern heritage — all because of the colors on a flag.
