A trans girl is suing her state because they banned her from school sports. The Biden administration is taking her side in its first legal brief on 2021’s wave of anti-trans legislation.

The administration says it shares the “same ultimate objective” as the college and universities that have been sued for discrimination.

The lawsuit said that two transgender girls were ruining sports in Connecticut. But the hate group couldn’t find any other trans girls even playing sports in the state.

One of her finals acts was telling the Department of Education that it shouldn’t protect LGBTQ students.

“Impressionable children are watching all of this,” DeVos wrote in a letter scolding Donald Trump for his extremist “rhetoric” after she spent her tenure attacking LGBTQ students.

Pelosi’s simple response in support of Joe Biden’s policy is being painted as a “plan” by the two to “force” schools to let trans students participate in school activities.
