Christian prophetess made up the wackiest theory about why some people are LGBTQ+

Self-described Christian “prophetess” Kat Kerr has come up with a strange theory about why some people are gay: God gave some people “very special assignments,” but the devil interfered by making them love members of the same sex.

“If you let defiled people come and partake of holy things in those churches because they have defiled themselves, I’m talkin’ about homosexuals,” she said in a video shared by writer Hemant Mehta.

“They were all chosen by God for very special assignments,” Kerr explained. “So Satan came up with a way to steal their destiny and keep them from ever becoming a threat to him! That’s why he chose them!”

“But I have news for them! If you’re listening out there, there’s coming a revival that millions of homosexuals will run to the kingdom of God, and if you changed your body parts, he’ll put them back on you!” she shouted to applause.

Kerr is the author of the book Revealing Heaven, a podcaster, and the president of One Quest International, which she says is a group devoted to “revealing Heaven to Earth.”

In her book, she claimed that God “lifted the veil between Heaven and Earth” and took her on tours of heaven and even saw “The Rush, Heaven’s largest roller coaster,” as well as heaven’s nurseries for aborted and miscarried fetuses.

In December 2020 — a month after President Joe Biden won his election but a month before his inauguration — Kerr said that she heard God laughing and knew that that meant Biden wouldn’t be made president.

“When I woke up yesterday, He was laughing,” Kerr said. “I mean, I heard Him laughing loudly.”

She said that God told her: “I’m laughing because of what they have said the electoral vote came to.”

“None of that matters, none of that matters,” God allegedly told Kerr. “It’s not changing my plan. I don’t care who calls Biden president. He will never be president. I won’t allow darkness to sit in this country or control this country.”

“America is my gift, that I called forth, to be a blessing to this world. And I will have righteousness, justice, liberty, and freedom for all in that country,” she added, quoting God directly, according to her.

She said that “others” who don’t want Trump to be president “will not have a great future, maybe not a future at all.”
