Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) took a shot at White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki’s intelligence, saying that Psaki needs a “cognitive test.”
Boebert has made a name for herself as one of the most vocally anti-LGBTQ members of Congress and for her apparent inability to think before she speaks. Earlier this month she showed that she doesn’t know what pronouns are, and she made headlines this week for her “unbelievably ignorant” thoughts on COVID-19.

But what she lacks in knowledge, she more than makes up for in confidence.
“Jen ‘Circle-Back’ Psaki says she has a hard time keeping up with Biden,” Boebert tweeted. “Maybe she also needs a cognitive test.”
Her tweet makes less sense in context. Boebert was referring to a quote from a month ago where Psaki was talking about President Joe Biden’s physical fitness. A journalist asked her about Biden’s “private exercise regime,” and Psaki said that “sometimes he’s hard to keep up with.”

The responses to Boebert’s insult were not supportive of her. Commenters brought up how she got her GED just a month before her primary last year, about 16 years after she dropped out of high school.
They also brought up her husband Jayson’s arrest – but not her multiple arrests – after he allegedly exposed his genitalia to two women in a bowling alley. Boebert was present and was a minor at the time. Jayson Boebert pled guilty to public indecency and lewd exposure.
Commenters did not discuss how, in 2017, her gun-themed restaurant gave 80 people food poisoning when they sold food at a rodeo without a permit.

What kind of test is needed for a woman that marries a sex offender?

She shows up every day and hears the questions. And answers them. It may not be the answer YOU want. Thats her job.
We all know your constituents are fed up with you. You are ignoring them, refusing to be at your office, and you arent addressing their concerns.

Seems that the constituents who voted you in might well be thinking the same.. pic.twitter.com/y5mIQKPH77

Do you ever say anything nice. I’m embarrassed you represent me in Congress. 👎🏻

Just stop. A wise man once said, it's better to remain silent be presumed a fool, than to open your mouth and erase all doubt

Boebert has a long history of opposing LGBTQ rights. She led a press conference outside the Capitol when Congress was voting on the Equality Act, where she went on an unhinged rant full of fake claims about transgender pre-teens and told reporters she is raising her sons “to be men” and she is “proud of that.”
“The so-called Equality Act, which we all know is the Democrats using a play on words,” Boebert said during a media appearance this year. “There is nothing about equality in that act. If anything, it’s the supremacy for gays, lesbians, and transves-hikes.”
She also took a brave stance against Spongebob Squarepants being gay. The cartoon character has not come out.
