Angela Stanton-King was recently pardoned by Donald Trump for her federal felony conviction on conspiracy charges related to her role in a car theft ring. Now she’s running in a Georgia congressional race in a bid to take the seat currently held by civil rights hero Rep. John Lewis (D).
Stanton-King, a former reality TV star, is vying to be the opposite of Lewis. The candidate denigrated LGBTQ people on social media and singled out Zaya Wade, the 12-year-old daughter of NBA star Dwyane Wade, for abuse.

Zaya recently made her red carpet debut and Stanton-King pounced when her father for posting the photos on Instagram. Stanton-King has has a history of insulting transgender people and regularly tries to falsely link gay people to pedophilia.

“PEDOPHILIA,” she wrote on Twitter above a photo of Zaya. “Gay means Men having sex with men. If you wouldn’t want your 12 yr old daughter advertising that she enjoys sex with men/boys why your 12 yr old son? This is confusion, pedophilia, and sexual exploitation wrapped up in acceptance.”

After getting widespread condemnation for her disgusting attack on a 12-year-old, the candidate tried to defend herself in a bizarre tweet that completely dodged her bullying of a child in favor of her appreciation for masculine men.
“I am a woman that loves men and appreciates masculinity. We need our men. We need our sons. We need our brothers,” she tweeted. “Our men are not women and Our boys are not girls.”

The day she qualified for the ballot, Stanton-King launched her first volley at the gay and transgender people by insinuating that they want to “f### your 8 yo kid.”
