Donald Trump was so bothered by the House resolution for impeachment hearings that he made up a new word that RuPaul fans loved: Rupublicans.
Trump was furiously tweeting about House Democrats taking the next step in the impeachment process by releasing the text of a resolution that sets the parameters for impeachment hearings. Democrats plan on holding a vote on the resolution later this week.

On Twitter, Trump called the process an “Impeachment Hoax” and said that he never pressured the Ukrainian government to dig up dirt on Democratic rivals.

“Rupublicans, go with Substance and close it out!” he wrote.
…..the call with the Ukrainian President was a totally appropriate one. As he said, “No Pressure.” This Impeachment nonsense is just a continuation of the Witch Hunt Hoax, which has been going on since before I even got elected. Rupublicans, go with Substance and close it out!

What’s a Rupublican? Well, RuPaul fans and Ru herself love to use words where the first two letters are changed to “Ru,” like “RuPaulogize,” “Rupocolypse,” “Rudemption,” and “Ruview.”
So the Rupublican Party must have something to do with Mother Ru, Twitter said.
So apparently #DonaldJTreason cannot even spell his own party. The @GOP will forever been known to me as the "rupublicans".
And no, that's not a new political party started by @RuPaul … girl is much better, smarter, and classier than that. pic.twitter.com/0kH9gt0CGP

So many people were talking about Rupublicans that the word was trending on Twitter.
I saw that Rupublicans was trending. I thought RuPaul endorsed trump and this was my reaction… pic.twitter.com/z5CkGqmF5X

It’s not that ridiculous of an idea – the current president was also a reality show host before he got to the White House. And at least RuPaul’s decisions on RuPaul’s Drag Race make sense, unlike Trump’s on The Apprentice.
So maybe America is ready for a new kind of RuPaulitician.
