It’s six months until the premiere, but Warner Bros this week released the official trailer of Sex and the City 2.
There have been few details released about the plot of the second film, and the trailer gives only a few hints.
We know that two years have passed, as Carrie (played by Sarah Jessica Parker) narrates in the clip.

You can see that Charlotte’s little girl, born at the end of the first film, is now a toddler.
There’s an exotic trip, somewhere in the desert — the camels give it away, and the cast was spotted shooting in Morocco in October, but the in-film location is still a mystery.
There’s also a wedding, but the clip intentionally blurs that scene.
Many observers speculate it’s Kim Cattrall’s character, Samantha, as she was spotted wearing a wedding dress on set in New York. And we know that Jason Lewis, who played Samantha’s serious beau, Smith Jerrod, in the series, is among the returning cast.
But there’s long been rumors of a gay wedding in Sex 2, so freeze frame that clip, and look closely — it’s two grooms — one in white, the other in black.
It seems to be Stanford (in white) and presumably Anthony getting married — they were getting a little chummy in the original film, much to the audience’s surprise.
Anyway, all will be revealed on May 28, 2010.
