In this installment of the Real People, Real Voices series, Jai Rodriguez is joined by two resilient change-makers who were able to build resources to help their local communities. Nikeisah Newton provides access to healthy food options with Meals4Heels, while Kayla Gore houses and protects Memphis’ trans community with the efforts of My Sistah’s House.
