ENID, Okla. – A restaurant in Enid, Okla. is coming under fire for his restaurant policies that critics now say have crossed the line to discrimination.

Gary James, owner of Gary’s Chicaros, said, “I’ve been in business 44 years, I think I can spot a freak or a faggot.”
And he doesn’t serve either, reports KFOR-TV.

“I really don’t want gays around,” James said. “Any man that would compromise his body would compromise anything.”
In fact, even his business’ t-shirt proudly displays derogatory slogans against homosexuals — and the N-word, and slogans that threaten violence against Muslims, minorities and democrats.
Now, James is facing a wave of backlash on Facebook and Yelp, where users have pegged Chicaros as a gay bar, and inundated his pages with negative reviews … and a few NSFW photos of the groups he so publicly condemns.
KFOR-TV reports:
Although Oklahoma state law protects people from being turned away from businesses for their race, religion, gender or disability, it does not offer the same protection for sexual orientation or gender identity.
