DENVER — A Lakewood, Colo., baker is appealing the Colorado Civil Rights Commission’s order that he prepare wedding cakes for same-sex couples. Jack Phillips on Wednesday asked the Court of Appeals to reverse the May ruling by the Civil Rights Commission.
