Lauren Boebert attacked Joe Biden’s mental acuity. It backfired spectacularly.

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) accused President Joe Biden of avoiding taking a cognitive exam because he wouldn’t pass it. She was then widely mocked for attacking someone else’s mental acuity.

The anti-LGBTQ+ congresswoman shared a tweet from the conservative Calvin Coolidge Project saying that Biden would not be taking a cognitive test as part of his next physical exam.

White House Physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor actually said that the reason a cognitive test wouldn’t be part of Biden’s physical is that the president isn’t showing any symptoms of cognitive decline.

“The president proves every day [in] how he operates and how he thinks, by dealing with world leaders, by making difficult decisions on behalf of the American people – whether it’s domestic or it’s national security,” Dr. O’Connor said in a statement read by out White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre yesterday.

“That is how Dr. O’Connor sees it, and that is how I’m going to leave it,” Jean-Pierre added.

On social media, Boebert was mocked for attacking Biden’s mental state considering her life story.
