If “The Great Gatsby” were set on Florida’s Atlantic coast, and Gatsby hated Daisy, and Daisy detested Gatsby, it might be easier to understand why anyone would sell the West Palm Beach mansion Rosie O’Donnell bought last year for $4.975 million.
The out comedian-actress’s waterfront home is on the market and could earn O’Donnell a tidy profit, with a listing of $6.05 million.
The Los Angeles Times reports the one-acre estate includes a water-facing swimming pool, two loggias, an outdoor kitchen and a boat dock with a lift off the 178 feet of frontage.
The extensively renovated 1957 home boasts 5,700 square feet of living space, a second-story catwalk overlooking the great room, a large kitchen island, a dedicated massage area off the master bedroom, five other bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
