OKLAHOMA CITY — An Oklahoma man is suing the state after his request for a personalized license plate to support the LGBT community was rejected.

John Keefe, a married father of three and a vocal supporter of the LGBT community, filed the suit after the state tax commission denied his request in March for a personalized plate that read “LGBTALY,” saying the license plate was sexual in nature.
