MADISON, Wis. — The latest Marquette University Law School poll shows a majority of public support repealing Wisconsin’s same-sex marriage ban. The latest poll released Wednesday shows 56 percent of voters support repealing the state’s constitutional ban on gay marriages.

MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin Democrats are asking Gov. Scott Walker and fellow Republican Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen to drop their defense of the state’s gay marriage ban, arguing it’s a waste of money.
