Bob Iger has had it with DeSantis’s attacks on what he said was his company’s free speech.

“Disney has bottomless pockets,” he said. Plus, “they might be on solid legal ground.”

The paper mocked DeSantis’s latest threat to build a prison next to Disney parks: “The wheels have come off.”

Disney appeared unfazed, announcing a Pride Nite just after DeSantis made his threat.

“If the boy thinks he can somehow prevent Disney World from being gay, that carpet has flown.”

The Orlando Sentinel’s editorial board urged DeSantis to channel Queen Elsa and “Let. It. Go.”

A desperate DeSantis said that he will “win on every single issue involving Disney… come hell or high water.”

Disney outmaneuvered DeSantis, so now expensive lawyers are being hired to figure out what happened.

“Ron DeSantis just got out-negotiated by Mickey Mouse,” a Trump advisor said.

He also called homosexuality “shameful” and “deviant.”

They punished Disney by taking away its self-governance, a boneheaded move that saddled taxpayers with debt.

Florida Republicans didn’t even pass an economic study when punishing Disney for speaking out against the Don’t Say Gay law. This is their latest attempt to blunt the damage.

LGBTQ people (and Disney) are here to stay in Florida, whether Ron DeSantis likes it or not.
