BOZEMAN, Mont. — Bozeman city commissioners have adopted an ordinance that prohibits discrimination in the workplace, housing and public accommodations based on a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity. Commissioners voted unanimously on Monday to adopt the ordinance, making Bozeman the fourth city in the state to do so.

JACKSON, Wyo. — The Jackson, Wyo., town council has formally added protections for LGBT people to its hiring policies. The council voted 3-0 in favor of the changes on May 27. Town Council Don Frank says adding protections to the policy manual “is in the finer spirit of liberty and justice.”
