A school board official in Midland, Arkansas, has sparked outrage and calls for his resignation following the discovery of an anti-gay tirade on his Facebook page, where he allegedly wrote gays should kill themselves.

Facebook is teaming up with Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLADD), The Trevor Project and others to form a new “Network of Support” to help combat bullying of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender teens.

The head of a Montana Tea Party group has been ousted from the organization following a controversial exchange on his Facebook page that appeared to condone violence against gays.
