About 180 LGBT Coloradans and allies who took to the Colorado Capitol Feb. 27 to share their stories and feelings with lawmakers who are debating a bill that would establish civil unions in the Centennial State. Colorado Senate committee advances civil unions bill
A Colorado Senate committee on Wednesday evening gave its blessing for a bill to establish civil unions in Colorado. The bill, sponsored by Sens. Pat Steadman and Lucia Guzman, was approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee by a vote of 5-2.
