Donald Trump’s continued decline when it comes to his ability to speak in public was on full display this past weekend, as internet users shared clips of him stumbling over common words, getting basic facts wrong, and producing bizarre sounds.

“The guy just kept getting confused,” MSNBC host Joe Scarborough said yesterday as he showed a series of clips on his show.

The gaffes come just weeks after Trump’s psychologist niece, Mary Trump, warned people about his “untreated psychological disorders.”

“This is a person who has untreated psychiatric disorders,” she said in February. “And any untreated disorder of any kind worsens over time, as long as it remains untreated. So, it makes perfect sense that somebody who is as unhealthy as he is, who is under the extraordinary amount of stress he’s under, would have a harder time holding it together cognitively.”

That Trump made so many errors in his speech in just one weekend didn’t help quell talk of possible cognitive decline for the 77-year-old.

X user Acyn shared many of the clips of Trump’s gaffes. In one clip, Trump appeared to believe that Barack Obama was still president of the United States, nearly eight years after his second term ended.

At other moments, he had difficulty constructing sentences or pronouncing words.

Some people started putting together montages of many of these and other gaffes.

Scarborough showed some of the clips on MSNBC.
