This Week on LGBTQ Twitter: De-sexing bones & queer lemonade

It’s like Thumper’s mama said: “If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.”

Unfortunately, this is not the way of the world. Which is how we get things like Matt Walsh clutching his pearls over the idea that “woke historians” are de-sexing skeletal remains. Matt, we have to ask: What is a woman bone?

Other things Matt Walsh is outraged about? A Black “Little Mermaid.” But all the folks complaining about the casting of a mythical creature will just have to stay mad. Cause they aren’t going to like some of the suggestions popping up for the Ariel’s love interest.

In some ways, it seems inevitable. Everything turns you queer these days. Take, for example, lemonade. The drink, not the Beyonce album. Though that probably qualifies too.

Whatever the “cause” of our uniqueness, we see you, Mr. Secretary of Transportation.

And we thank you.

Speaking of role models for children, “Reading Rainbow” host LeVar Burton took to Twitter this week to reassure comedian Randy Rainbow of his colorful credentials.

Minds were blown. Collaborations were proposed.

We’re here for it.
