Vlogger Matt Baume recaps Tuesday's State of the Union, highlighting just how much Republicans are stuck in the past.

There’s been a lot of LGBTQ change in the last 8 years, thanks in large part to the Obama administration.

Now, of course, the House GOP wants to take over — but their bizarre animated GIF of Louis Virtel snapping just proved that they don’t understand the country they think they’re qualified to run.

Here, columnist Matt Baume recaps Tuesday night’s State of the Union, focusing on what’s changed under Obama’s administration and highlighting just how much Republicans are stuck in the past.
