A Nebraska woman has filed a lawsuit against “all homosexuals,” and is asking a federal judge to declare homosexuality a sin.

The Omaha World-Herald reports that Sylvia Driskell, 66, who claims she is an “ambassador for God and his son, Jesus Christ,” filed the seven page, handwritten lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Omaha.

Citing Bible verses, Driskell contends “that homosexuality is a sin and that they the homosexuals know it is a sin to live a life of homosexuality.”

“Why else would they have been hiding in the closet(?)” she asks.

Driskell alleges that God has said homosexuality is an abomination, and challenged the court to not call God “a lier.” (sic)

She is representing herself (and God) in the complaint.
