Marriage News Watch: Virginia win impacts neighbor states

This week’s Marriage News Watch report from Matt Baume at the American Foundation for Equal Rights (AFER) recaps the Fourth Circuit decision that upheld a ruling that Virginia’s same-sex marriage ban is unconstitutional, and the immediate fallout in several nearby states under that Circuit Court’s jurisdiction.

There’s also new polling in the South, a victory in Alaska, and a big day ahead this week in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
