Christine O’Donnell bails on Piers Morgan to avoid answering gay marriage questions

Taking a page out of the Michele Bachmann playbook, tea party favorite and failed candidate for U.S. Senate Christine O’Donnell abruptly ended a CNN interview to avoid answering questions about gay marriage and “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.”

Appearing on “Piers Morgan Tonight” on Wednesday, O’Donnell called Morgan “rude” for asking her questions about her political positions on LGBT issues.

O’Donnell walked off the show when it became clear that Morgan was not going to allow her to control the interview and merely publicize her new book.

O’Donnell appeared on to promote her new book, entitled “Troublemaker.”
