Out gay actors Chris Colfer and Jane Lynch of FOX’s hit TV musical “Glee,” won the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday for Best Supporting Actor and Actress in a TV series.
Colfer, who won for his portrayal of gay student Kurt Hummell, dedicated his win to kids who suffer from bullying:
“To all the amazing kids that watch our show, and the kids that our show celebrates who are constantly told ‘No’ by the people and environments, by bullies at school that they can’t be who they are or have what they want because of who they are. Well, screw that kids!”
