It’s essential that the Student Non Discrimination Act becomes part of Elementary and Secondary Education re-Authorization Act (ESEA) when it comes for vote in the Senate. It will expand the protection from bullying based on: religion, sex, national origin and disabilities to include protection for sexual orientation and gender identity for LGBT students.
