Watch: Straight Dutch TV presenters get naked to fight homophobia
Two straight TV presenters from the Netherlands stripped down and got close for the June issue of L’Homo magazine to make a statement about masculinity and against homophobia.

Jan Versteegh and Tim Hofman co-host on the Dutch broadcasting association BNN.

“I think we have done this for more open discussion of (homosexuality) than we necessarily want to be in a sheet with our bare ass,” said Hofman. “That’s nice, but secondary.”

“I hope we can show people that (it is) just two men on a picture,” Versteegh added.

The shoot is reminiscent of French photographer Olivier Ciappa’s series “Imaginary Couples,” which featured straight celebrities posing as gay couples. Subjects included actress Eva Longoria with singer Lara Fabian and directors Dennis Villenueve with Jean-Marc Vallee.
