Two men, one gay and one straight, teamed up Tuesday night to perform a fast and fierce salsa dance on “America’s Got Talent.”
John Narvaes, who is straight, and Andrew Cervantes, who is gay, showed judges they didn’t need an opposite-sex partner to give a sizzling performance.
“Do other dancers give you a hard time when you do a dance partnership with a man?,” asked judge Howard Stern. “Absolutely not,” replied Narvaes. “After I danced with this kid socially one time, it shows everyone that he can follow better than a girl. It’s quite unique!”
