And one example of “doing a terrible job” is giggling with your sister when your 3-year-old toddler calls Aunt Willow a “faggot,” reports Gawker.

Tripp’s gay slur appears in a newly-released clip from the Lifetime reality series “Bristol Palin: Life’s a Tripp” when mom Bristol and Aunt Willow won’t let him go to the swimming pool.
It was just two years ago when then 16-year-old “Aunt” Willow Palin lit up the internet when she used multiple homophobic slurs — including the word faggot — to attack a Facebook user who criticized mom Sarah Palin’s failed reality show.
Eventually a message board war erupted, and Bristol joined in the exchange.
At the time, sources connected to the Palin family told TMZ that “Willow normally doesn’t use this type of language.”

Update: “Life’s a Tripp” producer Matt Lutz tells Gawker that Tripp’s bleeped expletive was “fuck” and not “faggot.” Lutz says that he was in the room at the time, and that he has reviewed the raw footage several times. Watch the video above, you decide.
