Chelsea Gilliam says officers repeatedly misgendered her and only allowed her out of solitary confinement for five hours a week.

An inmate broke her jaw. It had to be wired shut and she is still in pain.

“It’s wrong when anyone’s executed regardless, but I hope that this is a first that doesn’t occur.”
