When the original series first aired, it was some of the only gay TV content available. With queer content easily available now, the show has modernized to match the times – and that’s made it even better.

Former cast member Hal Sparks, who played the role of Michael, had a pointed response to the news.

Robert Gant, who played Ben Bruckner on the Showtime series, added to the speculation and hope for a reunion during an interview with Entertainment Weekly.
