Schools could face lawsuits if they don’t force girls to undergo a “health examination” to determine their sex assigned at birth.

One of the bills could require some student-athletes to undergo genital exams to “prove” their gender.

If the opposing team claims a student athlete is transgender, the athlete’s “internal and external reproductive anatomy” will need to be checked by a doctor.
