The ex-“House of Cards” star has already teased a return to acting, and now all criminal proceedings against him have been closed.

A massage therapist who had accused Spacey of sexual battery and false imprisonment has suddenly died.

It was Spacey’s first public appearance since being accused of sexual misconduct by 20 men two years ago.

With the accuser unwilling to testify, the case had to be dropped.

They say that he fondled and had sex with them when they were underage.

“And you trusted me. Even though you knew you shouldn’t.”

And the court paperwork is very graphic.

Dozens of men have now come forward with stories of Spacey’s “inappropriate behavior.”
