With a new vehemently anti-LGBTQ president, the school started by televangelist Jerry Falwell has become even more unfriendly to queer students.

In addition to tens of millions of dollars for supposedly defaming him, the former president of the evangelical school claims they owe him horses and a gun.

The president of Liberty University appears to have said he violated tax law for 30 years in his battles with “the homosexual community,” and he’s not stopping now.

Liberty University’s policy that bans LGBTQ people is being used to silence rape victims as well.

Falwell called for seniors, or anyone who comes as a senior’s date, to come to his farm so they could have a “real Liberty graduation.” He wants to “reciprocate” their “love,” “whether anybody likes it or not.”

Leaders at the evangelical school haven’t openly denounced the embattled ex-leader since he resigned. Now he “definitely” plans to be more involved there.

He excuses his actions by pointing out that he isn’t actually a pastor and never wanted to be one.

Jerry Prevo started “a bitter and sometimes violent battle over LGBT rights” in the 1970s in the state of Alaska that continues today.
