Two men arrested in attack on transgender women on Atlanta train
ATLANTA — Two men have been arrested in the May 20 attack on two two transgender women riding an Atlanta mass transit train. MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) police arrested Frederick L. Missick and Luther L.
