A court has ruled that the transgender military ban can go into effect, overturning another court’s decision that it can’t.

The judge says the administration is jumping the gun and the Defense Department must “maintain the status quo as it related to the accession and retention of transgender individuals in the military.”

An appeals court said that banning transgender people and banning people with gender dysphoria from the military are two completely different things.

So now LGBT organizations have asked a court to force the far-right groups to turn them over instead.
