Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin is to be quizzed directly tomorrow over anti-gay laws. The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs Catherine Ashton, told activists on Tuesday that she would raise the discriminatory laws at the EU-Russia summit.
