White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki mocked Fox News’s love of conspiracy theories while responding to accusatory questions from a Fox reporter that implied that President Joe Biden isn’t doing enough for U.S. citizens in Afghanistan.
Fox’s Peter Doocy asked Psaki a series of questions about Americans who are still in Afghanistan, and she repeatedly told him that the Biden administration is doing what it can to help get Americans out.

Doocy pressed Psaki on the numbers, pointing out Biden said in late August that he believed that there were between 100 and 200 U.S. citizens left in Afghanistan, but the U.S. has since helped 479 Americans get out of Afghanistan.
“How does a number, how did you guys get the numbers?” Doocy asked pointedly.
“There were people who determined they wanted to leave since then,” Psaki explained before she got shady.
“I would just reiterate that the United States does not track, or put a tracker, on American citizens traveling overseas, whether they’re in Afghanistan or any country around the world. That would be quite a Fox News story, wouldn’t it be, if we did that?” she said. “We don’t do that.”
