No more details are currently known, and it is not yet known if her wife Portia de Rossi has also caught the coronavirus.
Ellen isn’t the first celebrity to get diagnosed with the novel coronavirus. Actors Vanessa Williams, Tom Hanks, Neil Patrick Harris, Tiffany Haddish, Jim Parsons, and Hugh Grant all caught the virus, as well as musicians Kanye West, Pink, and Babyface. Former reality TV host Donald Trump, his wife Melania, and son Donald Trump Jr. were all diagnosed with the virus as well.
