Actor DJ Qualls came out as gay in a tweet he sent from the stage of a comedy club.
Qualls – who is known for his roles in movies like Road Trip, The New Guy, Hustle & Flow, and The Core and on television shows like Breaking Bad, Scrubs, Lost, CSI, and The Big Bang Theory – tweeted “Yep, I’m gay,” a reference to Ellen’s famous Time magazine cover from when she came out.

Qualls has not discussed his dating life in interviews in the past, but E! dug up a 2012 tweet where he disagreed with the Pope on marriage equality.
