Milo Yiannopoulos apparently sold his website because he’s starved for cash

Milo Yiannopoulos has apparently sold his website as his financial situation becomes more dire.

People visiting Dangerous.com, which used to belong to the out professional rightwing troll, now find this message: “Dangerous.com has been sold and is no longer associated with its previous owner.”

According to the Daily Dot, a link to his former website remains in his profile on Telegram, one of the few social media platforms that hasn’t kicked him off.

This news comes just a month after Yiannopoulos complained that he couldn’t “put food on the table” by trolling anymore since he has lost so many gigs and platforms.

“I spent years growing and developing and investing in my fan base, and they just took it away in a flash,” he wrote. “It’s nice to have a little private chat with my gold star homies but I can’t make a career out of a handful of people like that. I can’t put food on the table this way.”

“I can’t find anyone who’s managing to grow a really big channel here. Everyone is hitting a wall. There’s no future to Telegram for social media refugees if this is the best it gets.”

But even without the de-platforming, he was having trouble doing his job. His fans who – for whatever reason – gave him money to support him as a content-creator were complaining last year that he wasn’t delivering on the promised podcasts. He responded to those fans by exploding in anger.

Maybe he shouldn’t have been spending $7500 on nights out back in his heyday and put a little aside for when he was no longer the flavor of the month?
