Evangelist Franklin Graham has the vapors because the University of Tennessee is having a Sex Week.

It happens every year, and every year it draws outrage. The University of Tennessee’ Sex Week, sponsored by the Sexual Empowerment and Awareness at Tennessee (SEAT) offers “a comprehensive and academically-informed conversation about sex, sexuality, and relationships.”

But to hear Graham tell it, the whole thing is an excuse for a week long orgy.

Naturally, Graham links to a Fox News article by Todd Starnes, in which Starnes refers to the whole thing as “Sodom and Gomorrah Week” and calls on parents and alumni to put a stop to the goings-on.

Right, because college students wouldn’t know about sex – and certainly would never even think about having sex – if it wasn’t for Sex Week. If you boil it down, the whole week is about making sure everyone knows what they’re doing since they’re going to be doing it anyway.

Starnes advises students to keep their clothes on and stay away from Sex Week, with the warning “Don’t embarrass your mamas.”
