It’s called GENDR.
Launched last summer, this app claims to be “the world’s first app for gender variant and queer community.”

The people who created GENDR promise a connection with a global community of people that identify on the spectrum. You can create a personal profile to share your own story and identity, meet GENDR Community members near you who respect your identity and share your interests, chat, you can send private messages and there’s a feature to share pics with other members.
GENDR also offers online access to live events, hangouts and real-time chats with queers the world over.
It’s available for download from iTunes and Google Play for Android.
