MANHATTAN — Pix11 reports that the CEO and several of his employees at “gay male prostitution service” Rentboy.com were arrested on Tuesday in Manhattan on “suspicion of conspiring to promote prostitution,” according to federal authorities.
The raid occurred at Rentboy’s offices on West 14th Street. CEO Jeffrey Hurant, along with six co-workers, were taken into custody.
RentBoy.com has been in operation since 1996 and has over 10,500 members across the world, according to the company’s website.
