PHILADELPHIA -- A judge in Pennsylvania dismissed the last of five sex-abuse lawsuits filed against the Emmy-winning puppeteer who voiced the "Sesame Street" character Elmo. The ruling did not weigh the merits of the claims but said 25-year-old accuser Sheldon Stephens filed suit too late against actor Kevin Clash.

Sex abuse lawsuit dropped against former TV executive

HONOLULU -- A former aspiring actor and model withdrew his lawsuit alleging a former TV executive sexually abused him during trips to Hawaii in 1999. Attorneys for Michael Egan III filed papers Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Honolulu voluntarily dismissing the case against David Neuman.

Egan also sued two other men in separate federal court lawsuits in Hawaii Monday, claiming they also abused him on trips there.
