JACKSON, Miss. — Mississippi's capitol city has passed an anti-discrimination resolution recognizing the dignity and worth of all city residents -- including those who are lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender. Jackson is the eighth Mississippi municipality to pass such a resolution.
