San Diego man accused of intentionally infecting dozens of men with HIV
SAN DIEGO, Calif. — A California gay man who is alleged to be HIV positive is accused of intentionally infecting at least two dozen men in and around the San Diego area. Two men say 29-year-old Thomas Guerra infected them with the HIV virus, and one man who spoke to KFMB-TV says he’s speaking out to warn others about the alleged actions of his former partner.

All-female college adopts new policy to admit transgender students

Gay man beaten, left for dead, dies after being removed from life support
SAN FRANCISCO — A San Francisco gay man who was beaten and left for dead in the city’s Castro District on Sunday was taken off of life support Wednesday afternoon while more than 100 people gathered in a silent vigil on a hill in a nearby park.
