Broward County judge delivers third win for marriage equality in Florida

A state circuit judge in Broward County has become the third Florida judge to rule that the state's ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional. Circuit Court Judge Dale Cohen issued the ruling Monday, which applies to recognition of out-of-state same-sex marriages, as well as overturning Florida's ban on same-sex marriage, in Broward County only.

Florida county passes equal benefits ordinance inclusive of same-sex partners
