On Monday of this week, Prop 8 opponents Olson and Boies filed briefs with the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in support of Judge Vaughn Walker’s decision declaring Proposition 8 unconstitutional. On Thursday, a Federal Appeals Court announced that oral arguments for the appeal will be heard Dec. 6.
