On Thursday, a Federal Appeals Court announced that oral arguments for the appeal will be heard Dec. 6.

Four San Diego firefighters who lodged a complaint against the city for being forced to participate in a gay pride parade in 2007, won a court victory this week when an appeals court upheld that their participation in the event subjected them to "sexual harassment."

More sad news to report today as word comes of four more teen suicides, at least two of them from within the LGBTQ teen community. Justin "Chloe" Lacey and Aiyisha Hassan, both 19, committed suicide in recent weeks.

It was standing room only at the First Baptist Church in Tehachapi, CA, Friday as more than 500 mourners came to bid farewell to Seth Walsh, an openly gay teen who died earlier this week following a suicide attempt 10 days earlier. Seth endured years of bullying for being gay.
