Linsey Pecikonis is a political contributor to LGBTQ Nation, and co-founder of Beyond the Hill Strategies, a consulting firm that works with non-profit organizations, political candidates, and campaigns. Prior to founding BHS, Linsey served as the Communications Director for Equality Maryland, the largest LGBT advocacy organization in Maryland.
Linsey is a graduate of Ohio University, where she received a degree in Public Policy and Administration and minor in Communications and Marketing. While serving on the Student Government as the Women’s Affairs Commissioner, she organized the Take Back the Night March on campus and was integral in establishing the Women’s Center at OU.
